Project Description
Developer Denali Custom Homes has submitted applications for demolition and building permits at 150 Broadway Ave S. The developer is proposing a three-story, mixed use building with first-floor office space and condominiums on the second and third floors. Parking for residents and employees will be provided underneath the building and within the first floor. The project is subject to the Wayzata Design Standards.
Once the building permit application is approved, building plans can be viewed at City Hall upon request.
