Owners Jeff and Janet Von Gillern, represented by PEBL Design, have submitted two variance requests to support new landscaping at 715 Rice St E. The project includes the following requests:
- Impervious surface variance
- Driveway/parking area setback variance
City Review Dates
- Planning Commission (public hearing) - Monday, June 3 at 6:30 p.m.
- The Planning Commission voted 5-0 to recommend approval of the application.
- Planning Commission (consent agenda) - Monday, July 8 at 6:30 p.m.
- City Council (tentative) - Tuesday, July 23 at 7:00 p.m. The City Council approved the application.
