Project Description
Applicant and property owner Marquee Place, LLC has applied to replace 641 Lake St E with a new two-story commercial structure. The white portion of the building, built in 1952, previously had Caribou Coffee and Jewelweed as tenants. The project underwent limited Design Standards Review due to its small size and typical building permit review. Since the proposed project follows all regulations of the Zoning Code, including the C-4B District height limit of 30 feet, the project did not require a public hearing at Planning Commission or review by the City Council. The current building is about 22 feet tall.
