Owners John Pfluger and Krista Johnson, along with designer Thomas Everson (Everson Architects) have submitted a development application to add an attached garage to their existing home and expand their driveway.

- Rear yard setback variance from 50' to 28.1'

- The Planning Commission recommended approval of the application.
- Planning Commission (consent agenda) - Monday, October 16, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.
- City Council - Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The City Council voted to approve the application.
