Project Description
The property owners propose to add living space to their existing home at 620 Bushaway Road. The project would include removal of the existing detached garage, reconfiguration of the existing driveway, and adding a boathouse.
The development project includes the following requests:
- Variance for R-1A front yard setback
- Variance for R-1A rear yard setback
- Variance for Shoreland Overlay District lakeshore setback
City Review Dates
- Planning Commission (public hearing) - Monday, March 11, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. The Commission voted 4-1 to recommend approval of the application.
- Planning Commission (consent agenda) - Monday, April 22, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.
- City Council - Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The Council voted 4-0 to approve the application.
