Katie Cohen, on behalf of Walser Real Estate, LLC, has applied for a Planned Unit Development Concept Plan at 1022 & 1042 Wayzata Blvd E. Walser proposal retains the existing retail building with Mulberry’s at the corner of Wayzata Blvd and Central Ave and the construction of a 7,845 sq. ft. Lamborghini dealership/showroom and service bays for luxury autos. Planned Unit Development Concept plans are an initial step in an on-going review process with the City.
