An existing privacy fence at 355 Waycliffe is proposed to be extended along Hollybrook Road, across all three properties at the end of Waycliffe South. Waycliffe South is a private cul-de-sac. The fence is proposed to be 6 feet tall and 100% opaque. The fence requires a variance for height (greater than 4 feet in the front yard) and for opacity (greater than 75% solid in the front yard).
