Project Summary (2023) 

Developer Lake West submitted an application to redevelop the property into a single mixed-use building with 30 residential units, 28,240 sq. ft. of ground-floor commercial space, and underground parking. Among other requests, the application included a rezoning (PUD to C-4A), and CUP for joint parking facilities. The City Council voted to deny the requests at their June 20, 2023 meeting. 

Project Summary (2022) 

Developer Lake West submitted an application to redevelop the property into two new three-story buildings with a total of 32 residential units, 42,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, and underground parking. Among other requests, the application included a PUD Concept Plan. The City Council voted to deny the requests at their April 19, 2022 meeting. 

Developer Lake West submitted a PUD Concept Plan application to redevelop the property into two new three-story buildings with a total of 35 residential units, with first floor commercial space in one building and underground parking beneath both buildings. The Planning Commission recommended denial of the requests at their August 2, 2021 meeting and the applicant subsequently withdrew from consideration. 

Project Summary (2020)

Developer Lake West submitted an application to convert the existing office building into ten condominiums and construct new residential buildings on either side. Among other requests, the application included a PUD Concept Plan, Preliminary Plat, and Comprehensive Plan Amendments. The City Council voted to deny the requests at their December 15, 2020 meeting.
